Please read the following information carefully before placing your order. By placing an order through this website you are signifying your acceptance of these terms and conditions.

Products: Accuracy

We use every reasonable effort to include accurate and up-to-date information on our Web site, but we make no warranties or representations as to the accuracy of the information and accept no liability or responsibility for any errors or omissions in the content of the Web site. Any photographs displayed on our site are for general information only and can vary considerably from the actual color of the product. Computer monitors may show differing colors and shades depending on the pixels and manufacturer. We do not guarantee color, tone, shades or finishes on any item. If you are trying to match items with other items you already have, you must do so at your own risk. If a product is inadvertently listed at an incorrect price, we may refuse to accept your order or may cancel your order at any time.

Products: Out of Stock Cancellations

We try to update our website as accurately as possible but sometimes an item shown may currently be out of stock or discontinued without prior notice. Most out of stock items will be replenished within 2-6 weeks. Please email or call about availability before placing your order. We will notify you as soon as possible by telephone or email if an item you have purchased is out of stock and give you the option of canceling or waiting for the product to return to stock.

Payments

We take all major credit cards as payment. We will gladly take your credit or debit card over the phone if desired.

If you would like to pay by check or money order please allow an extra 10 days to your delivery time. Our customer service agents will be happy to assist you with your order if you wish to pay over the phone. Please call (336) 444-8088 to order.

COD orders

Cod, also known as cash on delivery orders are orders placed wherein the customer (you) agrees to pay the delivery company their built in delivery fees when they arrive at your home.

For example, a dining collection is priced at $600 including delivery. Of the $600 total, $250 is the cost of delivering the furniture. By paying COD, you would only have to pay the initial $350 upfront for the merchandise and then pay the $250 delivery fee when the furniture arrives at your home. This method is a good way to stagger your payments if you do not want to pay everything upfront. 

Specials

Any item listed on a "special" or "sale" pages are for a limited time only. The discounts available can not be transferred to any furniture that was bought before or after the time frame of the special. All special and sale prices are for a limited time and may be withdrawn at any given time without warning. We withhold the right to stop any sale for any reason.

Returns and Refunds on "No Worry" Delivered Furniture:

Our "No Worry" delivery process allows you, the customer, to inspect your furniture purchase even as it is being set up and assembled in your home. This way, if there is any damage it can be addressed immediately. You are given the final authority on signing off on the bill of lading. 

Our return policy lasts 30 days from the date of delivery. If thirty (30) days have gone by since your furniture was delivered to your home, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must be returned to our warehouse by a dedicated furniture delivery service to prevent damage. All return shipping costs are entirely the responsibility of the buyer.

To complete your return, please notify our customer service at returns@myfurnitureplace.com and request a return authorization number. Any items returned without this number may not be approved and may not be refunded.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 20 business days of the initial cost of the item(s) minus a 10% restocking fee and the loss of original delivery fees charged by third party delivery services paid to get your furniture delivered to your home.

Special order items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately special order furniture cannot be refunded.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

 

Returns and refunds on Fed Ex deliveries:

If there is damage to a product that has been delivered by Fed Ex, please email us at customerservice@myfurnitureplace.com so we can begin the return authorization process. If there are missing or damaged parts, please email us immediately so we can either send you the needed parts or authorize a return authorization number. All returned products may be accessed a 10% restocking fee. All return shipping will be the responsibility of the buyer. 

Applicable Law and Disputes

Any dispute or claim that arises from this web site shall be subject to the North Carolina courts unless superseded by the federal laws of the United States. The customer agrees that any court and attorney fees awarded will be awarded to My Furniture Place in Surry County, North Carolina.
